General Terms and Conditions

Upon entering the premises of Main Street Arcade, LLC’s facility, you personally assent to the following General Terms and Conditions:

  • Loud and/or abusive language will not be tolerated.

  • Loitering and/or solicitation is prohibited.

  • All outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited, excepting birthday cakes.

  • No chewing gum, simply because of its tendency to end up stuck to Arcade property.

  • Overly intoxicated individuals or those impaired by substances will not be admitted.

  • All guests must wear shirts and shoes.

  • No clothing with profanity and/or objectionable artwork.

  • All persons and belongings are subject to search, any unapproved items will be confiscated.

  • Anyone caught vandalizing Arcade property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. (Missouri Statute 574.085)

  • Guests are personally and fiscally responsible for any damage they or minors under their direct guardianship may cause to Arcade property, even accidental damage.

  • Smoking, use of e-cigarettes, vaping, and/or marijuana or CBD consumption is strictly prohibited.

  • The Arcade will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.

  • Face masks must be temporarily removed on entry to the facility, after which they may be replaced. We ask this not for any reason other than security, as every guest is registered upon admission with our facial-recognition video security system.

Alcohol Policy

Individuals must be above 21 years of age to purchase, handle, and/or consume alcohol.

In order to establish that you are at least 21 years of age, you must have a valid identification card issued by a governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex, and eye color. Student ID is not considered a valid form of identification. We will not accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way. False identification will be confiscated by security personnel.

Photography and Filming

The Main Street Arcade encourages our guests to make and share memories in a social and fun environment. Photos and videos are permitted, and even encouraged, as long as they follow the guidelines listed hereafter:

  • No filming or photography for commercial use, including broadcast journalism, without prior permission.

  • No filming or photography of other guests or staff members without their express permission.

  • No use of tripods or other equipment, which might interfere with the ability of other guests to enjoy their experience – without prior permission.

Failure to comply with any of the policies above may result in ejection from the premises without refund or credit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Privacy at Main Street Arcade

This Privacy Notice describes how Main Street Arcade, LLC. and our affiliates (collectively, “the Arcade,” “the facility,” “we,” and “us”) collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, or retain your information when a customer engages in business with us.

Because we utilize the products and business interface of Square, Inc., upon your purchase of our products or services with a credit or debit card, we gain access to the name of the cardholder, the brand of card used, and the last four digits of the card number. We do not record all information on a customer’s card, rather, that information is safeguarded by Square, Inc.

Furthermore, upon entry to the facility, the customer assents to have their likeness and actions recorded on the Arcade’s video security system. The Arcade’s security system is implemented in all areas inside and surrounding the facility, excepting the interiors of restrooms. In general, our system is intended to serve two main purposes:

  • Personal Safety – To capture video, in the event an individual is the subject of harm or crime, that provides information or evidence of what occurred and who is responsible, and thereby deter crimes or harmful conduct toward individuals.

  • Property Protection – To capture video, in the case of lost, stolen, or damaged property, that provides information or evidence of what occurred and who is responsible, and thereby deter property crimes or violations.

We maintain recorded information as long as is necessary for the purposes identified hereafter, including to provide you our services, to comply with applicable law and legal obligations, to defend our legal rights, property, and other customers. We may keep copies of information about you and any transactions or services in which you may have participated for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law, statute of limitations, or as we believe is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to detect or prevent fraud, to collect fees owed, to resolve disputes, to address problems with our services, to assist with investigations, to enforce our General Terms or other applicable agreements or policies, or to take any other actions consistent with applicable law.
